- Establishment of the Multifunctional Agri-food Centre (MAC);
- Market study and analysis of competitive advantages of local products;
- Establishing the long-life learning and vocational training facility;
- Implementing marketing and branding strategy;
- Starting full activity and establishing the long-term format for managing the MAC.
