Overall objective:

Promoting access in the tourist destinations in Himara Municipality territory in order to promote sustainable tourism and encourage new jobs

Main activities of the project:

-Construction of the pedestrian road and a bicycle course to facilitate the entrance in Dhërmi internal beach areas (about 1.5 km);

-Reconstruction and rivitalization of some old mills to transform them into touristic attractions, typical for the area along the pedestrian course;

-Adaptation of a public beach according to the criteria of environmental sustainability and to preserve nature heritage;

-Installation of touristic signs to promote new buildings and tourist attractions;

-Assisting local producers and entrepreneurs to support new activities of the business that enable the extension of the touristic season;

-Identification of a specific brand to identify the tourist area in question and the creation of a web page for the promotion of tourism.
