Overall objective:

Supporting eight rural areas of Elbasan, offering  permanent solution for the school buildings through their restructuring in order to improve the teaching quality and the development of the schools as centres available to the communities ("schools as community centres").

Main activities of the project:

-Maintenance of 8 schools in the villages of Papër, Zavaline, Funar, Tregan, Xibrake, Gjorme, Kuqan, Shushice and the construction of the rural bridge of (Labinot Mal);

-Consultations with the communities and the promotion of their participation in the identification of the needs in the comprehensive and qualitative teaching process, as well as the attendance of the schools as open and accessible centres for the communities.
