Overall objective:

Creating new employment opportunities and new entrepreneurs for the unemployed, women and young people with weak vocational skills

Main activities of the project:

- Identification and analysis of the potential for development in Përmet region;

- Selection of 100 beneficiaries (unemployed women and young people) of the project after an open competition, based on the revenue and the socio-economic conditions;

- Preparation of trainers and development of curricula for 4 vocational modules;

- Training and preparation of 100 beneficiaries identified among unemployed women and young people living in Përmet city;

- Provision of 18 grants to open new micro-business activities proposed by the trained beneficiaries and assessed among 28 received applications;

- Promotion of new business activities in the local and national media

- Organisation of the new Festival of Përmet.
