Launching of the 1st Call for Proposals – IADSA II
On 31st October 2019 was launched the first Call for Proposals of the Italian-Albanian Debt for Development Swap Agreement (IADSA II) to finance projects in the social sector in line with national strategies and priorities for the development and integration formulated by the Albanian Government and the Development Cooperation Program between Italy and Albania.
The initiative supports the 61 Albanian municipalities; the projects can be carried out in collaboration with Albanian and Italian non-profit organizations (NGOs-CSOs), Italian Local Authorities and International Organizations.
Projects that concern the following priority areas of intervention are eligible: inclusive and quality education, public health and preventive medicine services, social assistance in the territory, social inclusion of subjects at risk of poverty and exclusion, sustainable territorial development, conservation and protection of natural and cultural heritage, promotion of the circular economy and support for youth and female employment.
The amount of contributions that can be requested from IADSA II must be between 200,000 (two hundred thousand) and 400,000 (four hundred thousand) Euros.
The full 1st Call including its annexes is available for download from the website of IADSA Programme. The deadline for the submission of project proposals is 31st of January, 2020 at 12:00 (midday).
