Conference in Shkodra to present the fourth Call for Proposals
On December 16, 2015, a Conference was held in Shkodra to present in detail the fourth Call for Proposals. The Conference was organized by the Italian Honorary Consul in Shkodra, prof. Vito Stigliani, and was attended by representatives of the Prefectures, Qark and Municipalities of Northern Albania. Several representatives of NGOs, both Albanian and Italian, attended as they are working in the Northern regions of the country. Also some representatives of Italian Local Authorities attended at the Conference. The Conference was attended by the new Italian Ambassador to Albania, HE Alberto Cutillo, during his first official visit to the Honorary Consulate of Shkodra.
