Launching Conference of the 4th Call for Proposals
On October 14, 2015, the IADSA has organised the Launching Conference of the 4th Call of Proposals, at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana. The 4th Call is open to the new 61 Albanian Municipalities to finance projects in the social sector. The Conference was introduced by the Albanian Minister of Finance, Shkelqim Cani, the Italian Ambassador in Tirana, Massimo Gaiani and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of Albania, Niko Peleshi. The Director of the Italian Cooperation Office of the Embassy, Andrea Senatori chaired the Conference. The 4th Call of IADSA was presented to the Albanian authorities intervened at the Conference and numerous partners present at the event and, in the second part, participants were able to ask questions for clarification to the two co-directors of TSU, Mariarita Capirci and Ismail Ademi. The Conference represented also an opportunity for the Albanian public authorities to meet potential eligible partners, Italian and Albanian ones besides international organisations.
