The 2nd Call for Proposals
At the Press Conference, which was held on December 9, 2013 at the Palace of Culture in Tirana was launched the second Call for Proposals. The Conference was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of Albania, Niko Peleshi, the Minister of Finance.Shkëlqim Cani and the Italian Ambassador, Massimo Gaiani. The Director of the Development Cooperation Office of the Italian Embassy, Andrea Senatori, chaired the Conference. During the Press Conference, were projected pictures documenting the ongoing activities and the first results achieved by the 13 Projects already funded by IADSA following the first Call for Proposals launched exactly one year ago. Representatives of the Albanian public institutions were also present, both from central and local governments that have already benefited from the IADSA financing along with representatives of their partners, Albanian and Italian NGOs as well as Italian local authorities that operate in Albania since a long time.
