Call for tender IADSA/01/2025 External Auditing Service
 

The Italian-Albanian Debt for Development Programme (IADSA) has financed various projects to Albanian public institutions mainly concerning social development such as health infrastructures, schools, multifunctional centres, etc. The Technical Support Unit (TSU) of IADSA monitors the progress of the projects and ensures compliance with the procedures decided by the Management Committee of the IADSA Programme.

The present tender aims to select a qualified company or natural person specialized in auditing consulting services to perform a financial audit for the completed project proposals funded under IADSA Programme. This Call for Tender includes a description of the required services and instructions to be followed to participate in the tendering process.

IADSA Programme procurement policy follows the principles of transparency, non-discrimination and competition and treat procurement candidates and tenderers equally and without discrimination.

In this context, the TSU invite you to express your interest and make an offer for the External-Auditing-Service, as per Terms of Reference herewith attached, to: tsu@iadsa.info stating:

Call for tender IADSA/01/2025 External Auditing Service within 30 days starting 09/06/2025.

The total amount available is 100.000 Euro (one hundred thousand euros).

The offer must include VAT.
